The group is a guided walking group and will be run by one of our support workers, offering you vital information and support for your depression while encourage the effects that the above quotes state. This is an accessible way for you to access our support, especially for those that struggle to make our Saturday morning drop in.
We will meet Thursdays at 10:30 during the Summer months (May-August).
We alternate between various London parks.
For example: Golders Hill, Parliament Hill, Regents Park, to name a few.

This group is weather dependant, we will still meet in light rain however the group will be cancelled if heavy rain is predicted.
