Regular meditation can help us to feel calmer, grounded, less anxious and more in tune with our body and mind, more present.
All classes are secular and not based on any one tradition. My teachings come from a variety of sources based upon meditation teachings, psychology, philosophy and science.
The classes are suitable for beginners and the more experienced.” Non crawling/walking babies are also welcome.
